Water Work ...

water

"The Newfoundland Dog is bred for water work, and they instinctively possess strong traits for water rescue. History documents instance after instance of heroic Newfoundlands saving human lives. So many incredible stories are recounted that it boggles the mind. Those of us who own a beloved Newfie will probably, at some time, personally witness our own instance of this instinct coming to the fore. The water rescue test for Newfoundlands was created to promote these rescue skills, and to encourage the continuation of this rescue instinct."
